The rules, kept short.

YoungConnect is a free platform where students in Grades 6–12 can discover opportunities — scholarships, olympiads, competitions, research programmes, internships and bootcamps — that are run by other organisations. Students never pay to discover an opportunity on YoungConnect. Some features are still being built and some are available only by invitation while we prepare to launch.

Every opportunity is organised by the school, institution, company or programme that offers it — not by YoungConnect. We work to keep listings accurate, but details such as eligibility, deadlines, fees and benefits can change. Always confirm with the official source before you apply or pay anything.

YoungConnect does not choose who is selected and cannot guarantee a place, an award or a result. Decisions belong to the organiser.

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. You’re responsible for what happens through your account.
• If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian’s permission to join the waitlist or use an account.
• We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.

• Only list opportunities you are authorised to offer, and keep the details accurate and up to date.
• Use the applications you receive only to assess that opportunity, and handle students’ data with care and in line with the law.
• Do not charge students hidden fees or misrepresent what you offer. We may edit, unpublish or remove listings that are misleading.

• Post false, harmful, hateful or misleading content, or impersonate someone else.
• Try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours, or disrupt the site.
• Scrape or copy listings in bulk, or use YoungConnect to send spam.

The YoungConnect name, logo and site design belong to YoungConnect. Photographs on the site come from Wikimedia Commons under their own Creative Commons or public-domain licences — see the photo credits. Partner names and logos belong to their owners. The Magical School pages are an original, playful tribute to school-story fantasy.

We provide YoungConnect as it is, for free, and do our best to keep it accurate and available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by third-party opportunities, by changes made by organisers, or by the site being briefly unavailable.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change, and we’ll tell account holders about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions or complaints: hello@youngconnect.in.
